As a Design Lead for the Live Nation Labs team, I helped rebrand, redesign, and rethink the Live Nation user experience from the ground up, reimagining the web platform and mobile app through the eyes of concert fans and music lovers. I provided art direction, branding, UI/UX, and product design, working closely with stakeholders and a talented team of engineers.

Breaking the grid of conventional websites at the time, I collaborated with the Creative Director on a more visually impactful and immersive UX, leveraging compelling photography, and integrating fan-generated images from social media.
Live Nation / App
Collaborating with an agile team, I led design on transforming a low-performing mobile app into a 4.5 star product that was personalized to users and their music library, making recommendations based on location, and connecting to social media (all novel at the time). I am particularly proud of the effective onboarding UX and optimized ticket flow checkout, introducing tickets that could be added to digital wallets. I also spearheaded the landing page which was a lot of fun.
Live Nation Labs
Live Nation Labs was an incubator within Live Nation, to drive change and re-imagine the ticket buying experience for concert fans. There were two offices, one in Hollywood and the other in San Francisco. I provided art direction and branding for content and events, as well as environmental design for the SF office location.
